McChord AFB, WA - Schools

McChord Field currently has both on and off base schools. Preschool and elementary schools are available on base. Middle school and high school students who live on base attend an off post schools. If military personnel and their families live off base, the children will attend school in the community closest to where they live. Many colleges are also available including Green River Community College, Highline Community College and Pierce College as well as many other universities near McChord.
